GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT
Titan is searching for experienced water transfer technicians to work under the direction of our Field Supervisors, performing duties related to pumping water including rigging in and rigging out. You will be hands-on monitoring tank and C-ring levels and operating pumps to transfer water onsite (between tanks) or offsite (ponds) to the frac site.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Equipment operations: pumps, crew truck, filtration units, equipment trailers, skid steers
- Perform routine equipment inspections to ensure that equipment is in good working order
- Rig in and rig out water transfer/lease operations
- Participate in job safety meetings & training – follow through with any initiatives
- Fill out required paperwork, field tickets, JSA, and other as required and submit in a timely manner
- Lifting of equipment and tools required, up to 50lbs
- Demonstrate a commitment and accountability to uphold Titan’s strict safety standards Duties may change from time to time, and will be assigned by Field Supervisors
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License, will be required to supply a driver’s abstract
- Current certification in First Aid, CSO, H2S Alive, 2015 WHMIS, TDG
- High school diploma or equivalent an asset
- Related water pumping or oilfield experience
- Heavy lifting, up to 50lbs required
- Demonstrated focus on customer service and a commitment to safety.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Successful candidates will be subject to a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Outdoor environment, including extreme weather conditions
- Physically demanding, including bending and heavy lifting
- Exposure to noise, chemicals, fumes, dust and high-pressure lines

FIELD OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT – GRANDE PRAIRIE, ALBERTA

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT
The successful candidate will be a demonstrated team player with a strong operations background, hands-on experience in Oil & Gas pumping operations, and known for their professionalism, strong leadership, and delivering consistent results. They will possess excellent communication and supervisory skills and be capable of implementing company safety and operating procedures. This is a varied and challenging role, balancing the supervision of day-to-day operations, employee training and competency, operations reporting, customer service, and health and safety, while fostering a great work environment consistent with company values.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Lead project scoping, preparation, and implementation.
- Oversee rigging in and rigging out of water transfer operations, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to safety protocols.
- Serve as the primary contact for existing clients to forecast their needs and meet expectations.
- Supervise the set-up and tear down of all new and existing modular tank operations.
- Operate and manage various equipment, including pumps, filtration units, submersibles, and gensets.
- Perform light repairs and maintenance on Rig In/Out equipment as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify that all equipment is in optimal working condition and address any issues promptly.
- Manage field operations, including supervision of all related personnel.
- Collaborate with customers and key suppliers to provide ongoing innovative solutions to operations.
- Participate in onboarding and provide training and leadership to technicians based on standardized competencies.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S codes, promoting the company’s health and safety program at the branch level, ensuring all employees demonstrate awareness and accountability for the safety of self and others.
- Foster a mentoring culture for employee development and motivation.
- Facilitate job safety meetings and training – champion and follow through with all safety initiatives.
- Complete required paperwork, including field tickets, job safety analysis, and other relevant documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of pumping experience with a variety of operations, including water pumping operations; long-line, in-lease pumping, water transfer, modular tank groundwork, set up and tear down.
- 5+ years of leadership experience demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
- Current certifications in First Aid, H2S, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, Common Safety Orientation, Skid Steer Certification, WHMIS.
- Possession of a current and valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Effective computer skills using Microsoft systems (Excel, Word, Adobe PDF).
- Experience with employee training and development.
- Sound decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills with a team-based approach to managing relationships.
- Ability to revise plans based on changing priorities to ensure commitments are met.
- Excellent work ethic, both independently and within a team.
- Passionate about business and dissatisfaction with the status quo – always looking for opportunities for process improvement.

Supervisor - Fluid Operations, Grande Prairie, AB
SUPERVISOR, FLUID OPERATIONS – GRANDE PRAIRIE, ALBERTA

With a vast oilfield history, Titan was founded by industry veterans to provide a better way of handling drilling and fracturing fluids. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team as Supervisor-Fluid Operations. This position comes with a wide range of responsibilities that will require you to be highly organized and adaptable.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise Crew Shifts (Day and/or Night Operations)
- Managing equipment operations- Pumps, filtration units, Submersibles, Gensets and Other equipment.

Technical/Operational

- Proficient in fluid transfer operations – including rig in/out, pumping, pigging operations.
- Experience with all types of pumping equipment and rig in/out equipment (skid steers, sxs etc)
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to read and interpret various drawings & documents.
KEY ATTRIBUTES, COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 to 6 years previous experience or equivalent in Oil & Gas service industry
- Minimum 5 years Supervisory Experience
- Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office & e-mail
- Must possess a Class 5 driver’s license with a clean commercial driver’s abstract.
- Current certification in First Aid, H2S Alive, CSO, 2015 WHMIS, TDG, Skid Steer operations.
